It's a win for me!! I have been wanting to venture out on different shampoos for my house call business. This is definitely a hit! The dogs are nice, soft, and clean afterwards. It has a very lovely light scent and is not harsh on your hands.

Not too bad

I used a dilution bottle to be sure I had the proper amount, but still didn't seem to get as good of reach as expected and advertised. I was able to wash 2 doodles and 1 shihtzu out of the sample amount that is said to make a half gallon.

Love the smell and feel of the shampoo. Haven’t used it yet so I can’t speak on that which is why you got 4 stars. It wasn’t packed very well though and one of the pumps was broken. Very fast shipping though.
