I noticed the his on YouTube on Techmoan review, and was impressed, the quality seems really good and the sound is great and I am enjoying it with no problems

It does feel a bit like some sort of joke that I seem to have received a defective unit, wrote to customer service within 24 hours of receiving it and haven't heard back at all since then until I just received an email asking for this review. Mind you, it's only been four working days and I understand the company's got other things to do, but if you can automate asking for a review of your product, you could at least send an automated reply to any customer enquiries and confirm that you've received those emails. As it is, I'm now annoyed on top of being sad about having received a defective product.

insane box!
Audio quality is really out of this world, and the way it's able to project is just incredible. The meters mixed with the futuristic brutalist look is an incredible immersive sight to behold!
