C4 Sport® Pre Workout Powder

I have been using these for a while now. It gives me enough energy and focus, specially on days I don't sleep that well. it works pretty quickly so I drink it 10 min before I start working out. You can't go wrong with the taste, imo I think they are all great but I have tried all the three flavors and Watermelon is my favorite, next is the Blueberry then Fruit Punch. I mix it up with the powder and the c4 can when I am in a hurry.
