Too Small

A very nice sheath. Unfortunately a bit small for my Collins Hudson Bay. The front top of the head (toe?) would not go all the way into the sheath despite my efforts. So I made a sheath for the axe. The Beaver Tooth handle I hung the head of is super nice.

Well made and perfect for my needs

I needed to replace the sheath on my Hudson Bay axe. I ordered on Labor Day and received the sheath the following Monday. The sheath is well made of raw leather. It was a tight fit so I put a plastic bag over the axe head and soaked the sheath with water. After stretching it over the axe head I let it dry for a few days. Now it is a perfect fit. I dyed it brown and rubbed it with Sno-seal. Looks great.
