My experience with Modern Blaze was great, unfortunately we weren’t able to use the fireplace we ordered. After removing our built in cabinets from our living room wall, we discovered an old gas fireplace that was sealed up years ago. We ended up repurposing the old fireplace instead of covering it with the electric one we ordered. Modern Blaze was great with every question we had with the unit and also later when we needed to return it. Thank you again and we will definitely order another unit in the future next we need one.

Great customer service

The pigtail that you can buy to plug in directly to an outlet can be purchased elsewhere for a major price difference. I was told this price is not coming from Modern Blaze but from an outside vendor. Being able to talk to someone in customer service and them actually knowing their product. This speaks volume in today's world

Best insert ever!

As a designer and DIYer I search high and low for the best products! When I started my fireplace build I knew I had to have a insert from Modern Blaze! I am beyond thrilled with my purchase, the customer service, and quality of the insert! I went with the Revillusion by Dimplex! I decided to go with this insert because I wanted a super realistic insert that put out heat! The insert is stunning and is exactly what I wanted! It’s was super easy to install and even easier to use! I’m so thrilled with my insert I’m thinking I now need a fireplace in my bedroom... seriously do yourself a favor and get your insert from Modern Blaze! They are always there to answer questions and help you ever step of the way! To me there are a few things that matter when I make a purchase and that is #1 customer service #2 quality #3 price. Modern blaze and Revillusion by Dimplex met every one of those!
