Overall fireplace is great so far. Install was simple, However directions could have been more clear. I opted to get the optional glass front and I like it, however same thing the instructions were hard to interpret and screws were very heard to get started

I absolutely love our purchase! Only two things I wish were different, that the brick was textured. That is what I was expecting instead of flat panels, especially for the price. Also, I wish it had crackling noises. However, this is the most realistic electric fireplace I’ve seen! We are super happy & would repurchase!
