I was excited that this particular bottle was reissued! It’s just such a smooth and distinctive flavor, I use it only raw as not to alter the flavor, drizzled on eggs, labneh, hummus and salads!

An excellent taste

This oil is delicious. It has a mature taste. Not overpowering, but not like mass produced EVO products. Although it is good for cooking, I wouldn’t waste this oil as it’s better for dipping bread or consuming it to cross your palate.
