This is an example of what I love about Modretro. I am a physical retro game collector and having great re-releases like this in a physical format is just what I want. On top of that, this is a great fun game that I would reccommend to any Chromatic owner (or any other device that can play GBC games)

A Snappy upgrade to a Classic game

Croc 2: 25th Anniversary Edition is a charming revival of the 2001 Game Boy Color gem. ModRetro's re-release faithfully recreates the top-down platforming adventure where Croc rescues his Gobbo friends across vibrant worlds packed with puzzles, collectibles, and bouncy action. This version of the game features seamless auto-save and an optional max lives setting that eliminates the original’s frustrating password system while preserving the playful spirit. Fantastic update!

The original Croc 2 was already a fun game on the GameBoy Color albeit a little dated compared to modern sensibilities. This 25th Anniversary Edition makes the game much more accessible and enjoyable with it's included bug fixes, improved save system, and quality of life improvements to the controls.
