Dunhill Style Ballpoint Pen Refills

Bought this for a dunhill pen, and while it technically works, it doesn’t fit and rattles around. Would return if I had the executive function to do so. As it is, I’ll probably just stuff some Kleenex down there to stop the rattle. But I do like the ink and flow.
