Its a very well designed and meticulously fabricated knife with razor sharp blade and really antique wood handle with nice finish. Im pleased with my selection and if you want a beautiful handmade, this is her!

Heat Treatment
Knife is 1095 steel. I opened the box at my truck and it dropped from the seat to the drive way, landing of course on the knife edge. I chipped the edge! I would not expect a knife of this price to chip that easily, it just was not that far of a drop. I emailed Woody about it hoping maybe they would offer to resharpen, I received no response. I wear it every day on a sheath tether, I like it, looks nice, feels good in the hand, love the shape, but I'm going to need to get it sharpened and have the chips taken out of the edge. I just wish Woody would of responded at the very least.
