Replacement Aluminum Charter Sign

We are proud little free library owners and ours is well used! So much that I I invested in a NEW LFL from the organization. I was able to get a metal charter tag and it is perfect. The whole pkg is beautiful.

The sign looks great, and it was shipped in a timely fashion. However, it is smaller than the original charter signs, so it is not able to be used if the library has pre-existing holes from a previous sign. My library is a upcycled newspaper box, and the holes for the charter sign are drilled on the top of the box. Because it is metal, the previous holes are not able to be filled/plugged and will result in water getting into my library otherwise. Therefore, I am unable to use the new sign. It would be helpful if a note was added to the description that the new sign may not be the same size as previous ones.
