Puerto Rico--Seriously!

A couple of items seemed simple enough but two weeks in and my stuff was last tracked in Puerto Rico. This wouldn't be a problem except I live in Florida. Customer Service says "no worries, your stuff is still in transit".

Ripped seam

They seemed to fit well, but ripped along the fly seam the first night.
