Not only does the watch look very nice and come well packaged, but the service was great as well. It meant a lot for UNDONE to send me the Talent Card when it did not come with the watch initially, even when I did not contact them first.

Well packaged, the box was not damaged in any way and the unboxing experience was very good.

The watch looks and feels great to wear! The design is eye catching for others when I wear it, and I've even recieved compliments. However, the watch has turned off on its own a few times, now. I'm not sure if it has a weak battery or if it is another underlying issue. Other than that, I love it!
