When I ordered a cover for my 1957 canned ham (Mobile Scout) camper I didn't read the fine print specifying to order a size up if the cover was only a few inches larger than the camper. When the cover arrived it was of course too small. Both Steven and Grace in the Customer Service Department handled my return, a reorder "flub" (mine), and the appropriate size reorder. They couldn't have been more professional, pleasant, and helpful. I received the correct size cover within 2-3 days and it's exceptional: heavier, constructed better, and with more features than my previous cover (a different brand).
