Triple check what you order ,do not go by there size chart it is wrong . I ordered off their size chart got 2 pairs that i could not get my foot in all the way . Sent an email got response i had to keep the wrong shoes because it would take to long and be to expensive to ship back . So they sent me a 70 % coupon code for 1 time use to order new . So i used code and ordered another set of shoes larger and had to make sure they where the wide style like i was supposed to get the first time . All is ok now just out $ for the first order
