PlugNPlay™ Surron Throttle

Would give no stars if I could. y disappointing experience dealing with Plug N Play. The throttle I purchased was faulty and did not function when installed on my e-bike. Despite providing photos, videos and all information requested, the company was unable to determine whether the product was compatible with my bike, yet repeatedly suggested compatibility may have been the issue. The return process was unnecessarily difficult and I found the customer service to be unhelpful and dismissive. In my view, the company did not adequately meet its obligations under Australian Consumer Law regarding the handling of faulty products and refunds. I was also concerned that I could not locate an ABN on the invoice or website, which made it difficult to verify the business details. After extensive back-and-forth communication, I was left with a non-functioning product and no practical resolution. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this business

Throttle in mint condition but took a little long for it to get delivered
