I recieved my product, thats where the two stars come from. But the missing stars are because of the service. He promised me a refund two weeks after the purchasebecause I didn’t need it anymore, he had not even sent it by then. The refund never came and it was really hard to contact the seller. I had to communicate with him through tiktok because the email didn’t work. After well over a month i decided to just recieve my item so i told him to send it and it arrived a week later. Don’t get me wrong it’s a really good product, but the service isn’t really there!
