Rotary Cutter | 45mm - Reliable Cut Every Time

I really like this cutter. A little heavier than most, but very comfortable in my hand. The slide mechanism to expose the blade could be a little simpler to work, keeps it very tight, which is good for safety.

Good size but not good quality

The 45mm rotary cutter is a nice size but not the quality of other Madam Sew products. The button that lowers the blade guard is difficult to use so that is very inconvenient since the blade guard should be released and then restored every time you make a fabric cut. Also, the rotary cutter handle feels hollow and it is too lightweight. The rotary mechanism is not smooth so it is not nice to use. Very disappointed in this product.

Rotary cutter

The rotary cutter wasn’t as sturdy as I expected. It feels kind of weak where I didn’t feel comfortable cutting more than 2 layers of fabric. Also the blade had a nick in it so I needed to recut until I replaced it with a new blade. It should have lasted much longer.
