I like the fit. They do absorb Small leaks when everything is in the right place. However, that's the problem. If you are shifted to one side or the other then you will experience an embarrassing wet stain. These types of underwear need to have a wider coverage.

I love these briefs ... they are very comfortable and do protect me well from minor leaks. I recommend them unless your incontinence is really bad, where you would need pads anyway ... they would be too expensive then.
