I have not received my pole ! I called customer service and he was professional, however my options are to wait until he gets paperwork from another department. No refund, no send me another one asap, nothing. It’s all UPS fault. I didn’t pick the carrier- you guys did. And the only answer is : yes we see the pole was sent back to us from ups, but I cannot do anything until I get paperwork. That was Monday. It’s now Wednesday . I ordered it on 7/18/2026. You make great poles. But trying to order one from you is the worse experience ever! You have my money. You have the pole. I am leaving for my fishing trip. And I told the representative at this point just give me a refund and I will get something else. But he can’t because he needs to know why ups never delivered it and that it came back to you! Not my problem!
