Communication was great with Lift down. There was a little shipping issue but they answered back quickly and got my order on the way! Love love love these hats! So glad I took the leap. I have a small head and no hats ever for me. These are exactly what I hoped they’d be!

I am petite. I wear my hair quite short. When adjusted to fit my small head and no pony tail to fill up the gap in the back, I felt like the hat wore me. I now have 4 of these hats and love them and I feel good when wearing them! Thank you for making these!

I like the hat but I don’t think it fits me well. I was unsure if I was wearing it right. It could have been my hair but I went and cut my hair really short but still didn’t seem right. I am gonna try to exchange for larger size.
I love its 100% cotton, no logos and comes in many colors!
