Purchasing my new BAI Mirror was a breeze with Print Direct. Their customer service has been best with any question I have. My machine was delivered on the date as promised and Michael and team has not let me hang with figuring out setup or use. I was sent numerous videos to watch and have one on one training set up for any questions I have. Set up was easy and my Mirror already comes threaded so all you have to do is add your own colors. I would highly recommend Print Direct and when I'm ready for my 2nd machine, they will be my go-to.
