Exceptional customer service

Not a review of the coffee itself as there are many excellent reviews already, but of the exceptional customer service Equator provides. When my order was lost or delayed, Equator stepped up and reissued by order quickly, without questions and with a bit of compensation which was not necessary. Thank you Equator.
