Pacific Sea Salt Gel

I will say that this new gel doesn't hold up QUITE as well as artificial hair gel, BUT for being more natural and nontoxic, it works well enough! It gives my hair some nice body when I scrunch with it, and it helps smooth my hair down. The only thing is, when I messed with my hair that had a lot of this afterwards, the gel flaked into white little pieces almost looking like dandruff. I could also smell the alcohol in it, though not overpowering-- I was still a little surprised. But overall, a very nice alternative to the more toxic hair gels!

I finally had a chance to use the Pacific sea salt gel this morning. WOW! I have such a hard time finding products for my hair, which came back after chemo thick, gray, kinda dry, and easily gets brittle, especially because I blow dry it. After washing my hair today (and conditioning with my favorite Silver Falls conditioner), I ran a bit of the gel through my hair and allowed my hair to air dry a little. Later, I added a little more to my hair before blow drying it completely it came out very soft! And it looks shiny & healthy. I absolutely love this product and am so glad I now have a new, better product than ones full of chemicals and contained in plastic!
