Came with the wrong parts and ive emailed them probaby about 8 times throughout this month and they have only got back to me twice and they still havent provided me with any details about how i can fix this prob

I know the axle bolt hole was to little and needed to be drilled out for the falcon but also the slider hole had to be drilled which was not said but overall really nice brakes

Horrible service and got sent the wrong roter! Update: Response to your reply of if the incorrect rotor was sent, we would have gladly replaced it at no cost. We stand behind our products & are always happy to correct any fulfillment mistakes. After we reached out & provided the video “proof” that you forwarded to TXC designs we received a unsolicited $49. refund from you & haven’t heard from you until this review was posted. TXC designs emailed me the specs for the M6 rotor bolts but did not provide a solution to obtain a rotor. So at this point i am stuck with a $250.00 ultra bee brake lever and caliper due to the delay in your response and your return policy. If you wnated to make it right you would have done that weeks ago. You have my email and we can discuss until then i will make sure everyone knows how this purchase has worked out so far and i will not take this review down until the rotor is delivered not before as you requested if i wanted you help getting the right rotor.
