Tuttio Soleil 01 Plug & Play Surron Throttle

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with this product. I purchased this Surron throttle adapter expecting it to work properly with my Tuttio Soleil01, but it does not work at all. Every time I connect the adapter with the Surron throttle, my bike immediately displays an E08 error code and the throttle does not function. When I remove the adapter and reconnect the original stock setup, everything works perfectly, so the problem clearly appears to be with the adapter. I purchased this expecting a working, compatible product, and I have already spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot the issue. At this point, I would like either a full refund or a new replacement adapter shipped to me as soon as possible. If you send a replacement, please make sure it has been tested and is fully compatible before shipping. Please respond as soon as possible with a solution.

Throttle is great. Super responsive. A serious upgrade from the stock one. Install was easy. Plenty of videos out there to guide you through the process. Plugged right in and worked straight away.

Would not work on my son’s tuttio soleil 01. We purchased the adapter as well. We purchased the $99 package( throttle,display, adapter). Threw a e10 code when we plugged it in. Thought it might have been the module so I bought a new module that was $135. Still threw an e10 code. Bought a replacement harness as well. After doing A LOT of research it says it was the throttle that was the culprit. Didn’t believe it but I said what’s there to lose so I bought a throttle off Amazon for $26 with the M display and plugged it in and it worked! After 3 weeks of headaches I can’t believe it was the culprit. Not sure if I got a bad throttle or what. My son was so excited when he seen it start up! I will be looking to return the throttle package back if I’m able too.
