Everything is great besides the fact that the already diluted materials are not specified that they dont give you 1g of material they dilute the 1g of neat material into 10g DPG and then give you 1g of that which i think is a rip off because im paying for 1g of material not 0.01g once diluted if thats the case i could have just bought it neat diluted it myself and actually got a full 10g of material i won't be ordering already diluted materials anymore and they need to put something on the site that says your getting 1g of dilution not 1g of material diluted

A true gourmand chocolate indulgence!

Chocovan is an excellent material for building realistic chocolate accords and adding a refined gourmand depth to compositions. It delivers a rich cocoa profile with a warm vanillic undertone, balanced by a slightly dry, powdery chocolate nuance—very reminiscent of opening a tin of fine drinking cocoa. What makes it especially valuable is its versatility: it works beautifully in both modern gourmand structures and more classical compositions, where a subtle cocoa-vanilla warmth is needed without heaviness. It blends predictably and integrates well with woods, musks, resins, and even florals. Despite its moderate perceived strength, it has a strong impact in blends and can easily dominate if overdosed, so dilution (around 10%) is highly recommended for better control. From a perfumer’s perspective, it’s a major time-saver—allowing you to achieve a convincing chocolate effect without building the accord from scratch. It leans more toward a smooth, slightly sweet milk-chocolate profile rather than a bitter or roasted cocoa, making it ideal for elegant, wearable gourmand creations.

Useful Chocolate & Vanilla

Not overly sweet like many chocolate/vanilla aroma chemicals. It really shines with support from Cocoa and Vanilla Absolutes.
