Hi, i must say im disappointed in the product, I paid for an upgrade aswel, it isnt as high on the bottom foam as you showed on the tv, i have excess material on the coushion as it isn’t as high as expected, did i get a dud that just didn’t expand properly, I can honestly say im really disappointed ! My dogs are sleeping on the couch as the foam isn’t really deep enough to get comfy, i had a feeling when I ordered this if it was so good to be true … unfortunately it looks like im right, im not putting a black mark down as it may be genuine… I will give you a week to sort this issue out, then i will follow up on your reviews if I have problems with your product… Thank you, Very annoyed as it’s not the same as the advertised product

My dog loves it but it did not expand as much as I thought it would. It looks nothing like the picture.

I was not happy at first. But once i washed the couch it became sturdier, well made and it met my expectations. I now love the dog couch after washing
