BIG MAN B

I never recieved my order so its kinda hard to rate a hat that never got delivered. I reached out to u guys yesterday about my order but I was redirected to speak with USPS instead of your customer service agent helping me get to the bottom of what happened. So yeah im giving one star until this is resolved maybe after you guys actually do ur job and help instead of having me deal with the post office then I might consider giving you guys more stars on the review.
