HD2-S Smith Machine All-In-One (Early August Pre-Order)

I wrestled for a long time with which company and which gym rack to go with. Blazzed Fitness seemed to be much better value than the others considering quality and price. I was almost scared away from Blazzed due to the low amount of information on the internet about them. Also the Better Business Bureau gave them a poor rating. (I have long ago learned that the BBB has little credibility with me.). There also was an online company that rates the legitimacy of online businesses and Blazzed received a low score from them. A little research into that type of company eased my mind that it didn't have a lot of credibility either. I was in the Dallas area and was going to visit their shop, but decided I didn't want to risk that large a purchase with a company I wasn't sure I could count on. Later I regretted that, and ended up buying from Blazzed even without the benefit of that visit. I also struggled with HD1S or HD2S, and whether I should get the wide body version of the Smith machine. I went with the regular size HD2S and I am totally pleased with my decision. I really like the articulating arms (more than I thought I would) and the regular size smith machine works for me. I assembled this by myself, with just a little help putting the top side cross bars on. It took a while. My one real gripe is the instructions could have been much better. There was no video either. I did watch the HD1S assembly video and that did help. I had one glitch with delivery. One of the two weight stack top plates was missing. A rep named Cailer sent one out quickly. That one was a little different style than the other one and there was a small amount of friction. Cailer immediately sent me another one that matched the original one. All the pulleys work perfectly and are smooth as can be. The smith machine also works smoothly. I am a totally happy customer, more so than I ever expected to be. I almost bagged Blazzed Fitness to go with Rep Fitness but the value with Blazzed was worth the risk to me. I am so glad I made that choice. I also purchased the 260 lb weight set, and I am very pleased with them too. All in all, this has been one very satisfying experience. I truly appreciate the service I received from Cailer. I would recommend Blazzed Fitness to anyone.

Well worth the money. HD2S is heavy duty and easy to assemble (I did it by myself but I highly suggest having a helper as some of the cross bars are heavy to hold above your head while your trying to get the bolt in.). Cables and smith bar are very smooth and offer more features then a lot of the more expensive units. The 3x3 frame makes it very stable and are able to add a lot of different attachments. It was everything I was looking for in a machine for my house.
