great workout and very mentally therapeutic. bought 40lb not knowing where to start, but will probably be passing it along to son and moving up very soon.

This is a must for any gym or CrossFit box. The 120 is a perfect weight for those athletes transitioning from a 100lb to the 150lb. This slam ball is tough, well made, and will stand up to any use. I highly recommend this fitness tool.
