I ordered my candy onion plants and they were immediately shipped out. Unfortunately they were delayed in Memphis for a few days and by time they arrived they were in really bad shape. I called Hoss customer service told them what happened and they immediately sent out more at no charge to me , I was very impressed with their customer service. Unfortunately it just wasn't meant to be for me with the Hoss onions this year. I planted the new bundle and within 10 days we had a freak cold snap ( 13 degrees) and they didn't survive. I cant say how they would have turned out but I can say that Hoss did everything they could do to help me. I have since ordered many seeds from Hoss and will continue to do so.

Good quality !
Very nice onion sets! Hoss is a good company. I would say one of the best garden stores right now! We lost most all of the onion sets due to being shipped 3-4 months before we could possibly plant them. Guess it's our fault! We Just never thought, usually perishable items are delayed till planting time.

They arrived looking perfect. I had to wait like two days before planting and they all died shortly after planting. I don’t know if it was the weather or something I did wrong. Next year will wait for better weather for planting.
