I travel several times a year for a month or more as well as walk/jog 50-60 miles a month. At 78 it is important for my health to stay hydrated and to cut back on sugars. This fits into my lifestyle and travel. Fresh tasting with the necessary electrolytes without a lot of sugar added. I will continue to order this as a subscription now that I’ve tried the Mango Lemonade flavor and loved it.
