Customer service was great, and surprisingly instangly responsive. I accidentally ordered the mocha print instead of the mocha and sent an email after receiving order confirmation. I was doubtful id be able to switch the order even though it was MINUTES old (because that’s definitely happend to me before), but they took care of it for me! Ive already got my eye on the fleece lined jacket next!

This a lovely stylish, light-weight oversized rain coat. The mocha brown is the perfect colour to transition into Autumn with. The only negative is that it did not come with the PUFFIT togel on the zip as it shows in the photos.

Took a bit long to arrive but well worth the wait. Excellent quality and super flattering style. I can’t wait to wear this! Will definitely purchase more of their products.
