Experience would have been better if you honored the free face mask that was being offered with the two pillows I ordered. I messaged FlyHugz on Facebook asking for the masks but got no response. That soured my experience with your company. Tom

I haven't been on the flight yet, but trying it at home, it feels like a lot of support. I had bpought one for my son a couple of years ago and he said it was the best one he had used so far.

I have tried other pillows before. The HUGZ pillow still is a bit large in that it pushes my head up and causes you to sit a bit forward by letting the HUGZ lean against my chair. But it is easier to carry and folds up nice. I'm still on the fence if this is the pillow for me.
