Bought this sourdough starter kit and I am so glad I did. My starter is doing very well. I have never had starter do so well in the past. Always went flat after a few days. This kit has made a huge difference. Very happy with the purchase.

Great Kit

Took five days for my sour dough starter to rehydrate and activate. I've successfully made a lot of sourdough bread. I do not understand the lid for the glass jar, since we have to leave it cracked for gas to escape/ prevent explosions. I wish that there was a lid with perforations so I don't have to see the lid askew. It bothers my OCD.
