Outstanding Customer Service

Ordered two tshirts last minute for Christmas presents 2 days before the holiday. Becky promised they would be ready and they were! I am a local customer and ran over to pick them up. Becky wasn’t home so I grabbed them from her order box. She had accidentally put the wrong ones in the box. (No big deal)…she generously told me to keep those (loved these also) and hand delivered the correct ones first thing in the morning! My boys were so happy receiving two different shirts each. This is the type of customer service all companies should provide! We are so appreciative and will continue to be customers of Becky’s forever!
