Well made, first time using it was a little different. Second time around it felt more natural. A few people asked to try it and liked it also.

Great product for tricep work, however, it would have been better to leave the flat palm wing off so the device could be adapted for other lifts like face pulls, bicep work. It is difficult to get your hands in the right place with that "wing" in the way.

The quality construction is incredible and the ergonomical grips are perfect for every set! Five stars across the board!! Brian
