Left with shards of incense I cannot use

As far as scent, 90%! As for the insence sticks that create the scent, the sticks are so thin, they break so easily as you attempt to place them to burn. I even purchased their incense bowl and it did not hold the sticks as the sticks are so thin. I am left with shards of incense I cannot use. Although they have a great scent, Lhasa must figure out how to offer a way to properly burn them all the way down and not leave unused pieces. Lhasa also sent me samples. The samples are a quarter of an inch in length wrapped together. How am I supposed to use them? The vessels they sell do not accommodate any of the insects to burn through completely. I really wanted to give a five thumbs up, not now!
