A good oil

It's Avery nice oil if you like a bitter, peppery oil. Which I do. It is very good with Ciabatta, garlic, and salt. The taste is not super complex , so it can fall a bit flat if you have it just by itself. Not sure if it really is a $145 bottle but it is a very good oil. Try it if you have the money to spend or if you are interested in tasting a different oil. I am mostly into Spanish, some Greek, and the occasional Tunisian oil. And, in any case, you're supporting a very laudable cause.

Each bottle of olive oil is delicious and unique in flavor. The zatar amd sumac was esquisite. Thank you!
