Did not receive product
I ordered a pair of Polaris earrings on 8/5. I did not receive the item I ordered in the package that I received on 8/14. I’ve been trying to reach out to customer service to have the product be re shipped, but it usually takes around 4-5 days to get a response, which is slowing down a potential solution. The products look nice, but without receiving it in the first place, my experience has been less than ideal.

You get what you pay for!
The product seems to be of good quality and the price was reasonable. Haven't worn it yet because I am waiting for my ear to heal. Shipping was a little slow but it was over the holidays so you can't expect anything faster really. Would definitely buy from again.
