NOBL All-in-One Carry-on 19"

I didn’t even take the bag out of the box, because as soon as I opened it, I saw right away that they sent me the entirely wrong color! THE REASON I CHOSE THIS ONE WAS FOR THE HOT PINK COLOR, as you can clearly see in the photo, but the bag that they sent me is a Very Light Pink, UGH!!! As it is, even though I paid over $30 for shipping, they didn’t even ship it until over a week after I ordered it! I bought this bag because I am moving across the country from New Jersey to Texas, and I ordered it for my flight down there, on August 3rd, so I’m wondering if they’re even going to be able to get the HOT PINK carry-on bag to me in time! I’m obviously very disappointed, as I was really looking forward to using this hot pink bag for my flight down to my new home on August 3, so hopefully, their customer service team will be proficient, and I will be soon leaving a very positive review for having gotten the hot pink carry-on bag, as shown in the photo, in time for my August 3rd flight!
