I always get beautiful charms from the seller. I recently received 2 charms that were missing stones and the seller didn’t even want to offer to replace them. When I reached out her response was kind of like an o well it happens to me too kind of response instead of I’m sorry I can give you 2 charms on your next purchase but she wasn’t rude. But the rest of my charms were beautiful the seller always responds to you and her charms are beautiful. I’ll be ordering more.
