Luxury Brooch Bow

Disappointed

The brooch bow was beautiful, however I couldn't use the brooch because the metal piece was completely wrapped around. There was no way to release the pin, due to it being trapped behind the metal. I'm disappointed, because when I've reached out to add more products or even inquired about a product the response was quick! Now, that I have an issue it's crickets! I texted, no response and left a message on the site, and still no response! I had to reorder, just so I can fill the order for my customer. This was not my first, 2nd or 3rd order! This site was definitely my go to for what I needed.

Gorgeous and classy. Looks just like the photo! The brooch pin was easy to remove and install a hair clip instead. I’m very happy with my purchase!
