I actually bought both, the original and the slim. Wasn’t sure which I’d like more but I have been using them both regularly as I’m using some old Wagner skillets at least for breakfast daily and usually for supper as well. They work great for mixing, chopping, and scraping. Cleanup is easy as just wiping them and then spraying off. Looking forward to continued use of each!
