Idk if its a placebo, but i have a lot more energy during my work day throigh to my workout at night and have been sleeping well. Its only been a week but i havent changed anything else in my life. I recommend for middle aged men to at least try it. Im 38

Not really too much to report as yet, I’m only 2/3 weeks in, but probably noticeable a little bit in the gym
