Easy setup, perfect size for a condo, and super comfortable. I didn’t see it in the showroom beforehand, but it definitely didn’t disappoint. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Communication for delivery was excellent—they provided a reasonable and convenient date and time window. The team who delivered the sofa was quick, professional, and very friendly. That said, if you have a bit of strength and an extra set of hands, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the white glove service for this particular sofa. It’s very easy to unbox and set up on your own

Delivery came on time. Really didn't need to pay to get it assembled. All you have to do is slide the top cushions in. I'm glad I got the delivery to bring it in as it is big. The 2 men were very friendly and courteous.
