Roma Bed

When I received my order I had received the wrong sized wooden planks. I received a king size when I ordered a queen size. The woman on the phone that I spoke with needs some customer service training when transactions go wrong and it’s on them that it was wrong. The boys at the warehouse were very nice when I picked up the correct sized wooden planks. When we started putting together the frame there were no instructions. I called the store and they emailed me picture instructions with no wording. Valyou has very cute items and I’d like to buy more things from them but I had read the bad reviews and I can see why they have them. Maybe working on their organization and customer service satisfaction would bring them in more business and improve their reputation and reviews.

The bed looks solid and beautiful. but it did not arrive with instructions to install the bed. Fortunately, we've installed beds several times before and figured out where the pieces went. additionally, there weren't pilot holes to show where to screw in the legs and the center beam for the bed slats. wish there were clearer instructions and pilot holes.
