I recently received 3 of the F3 Max. Packaging was excellent. No damage at all, not a scratch. Assembly was straight forward but I have experience. The paint is superb, all parts fit together without issue. All 3 run great and have plenty of power and speed. I live in the hills so a little bit of peddling to help the motor is sometimes required. Peddling takes little effort even when going up steep grades. Folding is easy and takes about 30 seconds. Folding gets easier after you do it a few times. Peddling without motor assist is easy and you don’t feel the weight of the bike. So many mounting points for accessories. I hit 32mph on the flat throttle only and 36 downhill with peddling. I usually ride around at 12-15mph which is plenty in most instances. I love these bikes and cannot believe how much you get for the price. My last ebike was over $5k. I bought 3 of these for about half that cost.

We bought 2 bikes. They were delivered quickly. We did have a couple questions and both times we reached out to customer service they were fantastic. Great experience all around.
