A subscription I couldn’t cancel?!

I really did not like the product, but what made this experience so frustrating was the subscription policy. I tried to cancel after realizing the product wasn’t for me, only to be told that I had to go through 3 replenishment cycles before I could cancel. I find this policy extremely unreasonable and honestly feels like an abusive way to lock customers into recurring purchases. If a customer doesn’t want the product anymore, they should be able to cancel their subscription — period. I would never knowingly sign up for a subscription that requires multiple unwanted deliveries before allowing cancellation. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer experience, and this has completely changed my perception of the brand. I would not recommend Gisou because of this subscription policy.

Love it!

I love gisou's bundles as items are perfectly paired and with a little saving. The mask is the first gisou product I've ever tried and it's amazing: my hair is so soft and shiny when I use it. I suggest to use leave in conditioner after the mask. Both product smell very nice, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The two basic products I cannot be without. The mask is wonderful and does not add weight on my hair, and I am not using anymore any conditioner: she DOES the job. The oil is perfect both on damp hair and both every morning after brushing. Maybe for the second usage I will try the new collagen drops, but still this one is totally ok for dry hair everyday reliving also. They saved my hair this summer in a 14 days vacation with sea and diving every day!
